LAKE FOREST EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS AND SIDING
Homes in our community are at the age where exterior paint may need to be refreshed. Homeowners have asked where can they find the paint colors used on the exterior as well as siding, trim and shutter colors.
If you are staying with the original colors, then a review by the Architectural Review Committee is NOT needed.
If you plan on changing exterior paint colors, then an Architectural Review is required to stay in compliance. The form can be found under Architectural Review.
Where to find colors: Locate your original NVR contract, it has the colors listed. Or if not available, you may call NVR Customer Service at 877-507-0057. They can look up your paint colors from your address.
The original paint used was manufactured by McCormick Paints. Exterior color finishes came from McCormick’s “Colonial Colors” collection.
